We’ve got it! Nearly one million PLN for the international development of UwS! 🎉🌍

On September 23, 2025, by decision of the Director of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), University of Siedlce received a grant of PLN 961,725 for the implementation of the “PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange” program. The substantive framework of the project was developed by the Internationalization Team of the University of Siedlce, established in June of this year, under the leadership of the Vice-Rector for Innovation and Cooperation, dr. hab. Malina Kaszuba, University Professor. The application was prepared by the Center for International Cooperation, which is also responsible for the implementation of the project. The initiative includes funding for short-term mobilities aimed at enhancing the competencies of students, doctoral candidates, academic staff of University of Siedlce, as well as invited representatives of foreign universities, including those from outside the European Union. The support will cover activities such as: • active participation in international conferences, • collecting materials for doctoral dissertations or scientific articles, • participation in short-term learning formats such as courses, workshops, internships, or study visits, • conducting archival or library research, • delivering academic classes, • participation in the preparation of an international grant application. The project will be carried out from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
