NAWA PROM 2025

We have it! Almost one million PLN for the international development of UwS!

On September 23, 2025, by decision of the Director of the Academic Exchange Agency, the University of Siedlce received a grant of 961 725 PLN to implement the "PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange" program.

The substantive assumptions of the project were developed by the Internationalization Team of the University of Siedlce, established in June of this year, under the leadership of the Vice-Rector for Innovation and Cooperation, Dr. hab. Malina Kaszuba, University Professor. The application was prepared by the Center for International Cooperation, which is also responsible for the project's implementation.

What we fund

• Active participation in a conference abroad(presentation, including participation in a poster session);
• Gathering materialsfor a doctoral thesis or scientific article;
• Participation in a summer school or winter school
• Conducting measurementsusing unique equipment, testing research equipment, or unique artistic instrumentation;
• Participation in short-term educational activities(courses, workshops, professional/industrial internships, study visits)
• Conducting archival or library research;
• Conducting teaching activities
• Participation in the preparation of an international grant application.

Procedure for participating in the program

In accordance with the aforementioned decree, international program participants are nominated by a host* from University of Siedlce.Detailed conditions regarding participation in the program are regulated by Decree No. 120/2025 of the Rector of University of Siedlce regarding the establishment of Regulations for the implementation of the "PROM — Short-term Academic Exchange" program at University of Siedlce, funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under agreement No. BPI/PRO/2025/1/00028/UP/00001.
