Erasmus+ Study Mobility Recruitment for the 2025/2026 Academic Year The Centre for International Cooperation is launching the recruitment process for Erasmus+ study mobility (SMS) for the 2025/2026 academic year. Faculty-level recruitment will be conducted by departmental selection committees and will continue until March 31, 2025. Details regarding the rules and procedures are outlined in Rector’s Regulation No. 1/2025 of January 14, 2025, available on the university website: 🔗 www.uws.edu.pl/studenci/program-erasmus/studia-za-granica-erasmus-plus The regulation covers the organization and implementation of academic exchange under: Erasmus+ KA131-HED – Mobility of students and staff within the EU and associated countries, and Erasmus+ K171-HED – Mobility of students and staff with third countries not associated to the Programme. We kindly ask all candidates to carefully read this document before applying for an Erasmus+ scholarship. 📄 Required documents: To participate in the recruitment process, students must submit a completed application form for Erasmus+ study mobility, signed by both the Chair of the Faculty Selection Committee and the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator, along with all required attachments.
